True Happiness

I love when I get to photograph people that I have already photographed! There is something about that relationship that you have already bonded that makes it so easy. I had the pleasure of taking some newborn photos for a wonderful couple whose maternity photos that I took back in April. They are the sweetest couple and so in love and now parents!! They are so wrapped up in their little boy and it is truly a pleasure to see them so happy. I also had the chance to capture the rare moment when grandma met grandson! It was such a sweet time and I am very glad that they included me in this day. W family, I hope you guys enjoy your sneak peek and I will have your gallery up soon! Newborn session number three was for a great couple whose maternity photos that I took not too long ago! Little A was so sweet and the most awake and alert newborn that I have ever seen!! I had a great time taking photos of him and hate that my battery started acting up as we were about to do some family shots!! We will do those soon. Newborn Sessions are so FUN!!

Well, today started the marathon of newborn sessions that I will be having over the next few days. This little sweetie was a blast to spend time with and was the first little girl I have taken newborn pictures of!! 365-Day 20

I have been wanting to do some antique style photos of my 2 year old for a while now. Of course, the Army has other plans when I need my husbands help, so I had to improvise. Here are a few that I shot of my little monkey today. I really love how they turned out. Day 20...complete!

365-Day 19

It amazes me how fast time flies. It seems like just yesterday that I had my 4th and final child. 4th girl on top of that! Now my little bug is 6 months old and trying to crawl. Not sure if I am ready for that!! Here is a picture of her at about a week old and now at 6 months. Hug your babies, time goes by way too fast!!!

New life = New Beginnings

I had the opportunity to spend time with a sweet little guy today. Little N is a week old and the sweetest baby ever!! Although he wanted to poo and pee on everything, we got some great shots of him! Also in the mix was one of his 3 siblings. Miss K was such a show off and wanted me to take a picture of her funny face so I snapped a quick one of her. She was such a ham!! 365-Day 12-18 (Catchup)

Well, my 2 oldest girls are in Texas visiting family and things have been going 100 MPH since they left. I have been neglecting my poor blog and I feel so bad about it. Here is something new that I have gotten since the last time I blogged. My girls are my world and I always said if I ever got a tattoo it would mean something, well, I got one and it means so much!

365-Day 10&11

Well, I missed my blog post again yesterday! Between cleaning this house and driving 3 hours to get the hubs from the airport, it slipped my mind!

Todays theme is RAIN!!! My girls hate the rain. They hate not being to go outside, they hate the thunder, they just all around HATE it!! So here you go.......Rain Rain Go AWAY!!

365-Day 9

Once again its one of my kiddos. I need to get out more!! I promise I have sessions coming up to show all of you. This weekend was my weekend off!! So here is my not so little baby! She just turned 6 months old and is sitting up now and trying to crawl. This momma is getting sad!!!

365-Day 8

So, my favorite subjects are my children of course. Here is my toothless wonder of a 5 year old. She is so ding dang purty and is getting prettier by the day. Gosh I love this girl!

365- Day 7

Being a mother of 4, there are times that I need a little pick me up. If I could have this everyday, I truly would. It is an addiction and maybe I should go to counseling. So here I go, my name is Ashley, and I am a Starbucksaholic!!!!

365 Day 5 & 6

So having a 2 year old running a 104 fever and a 6 month old teething, doesnt leave me much time for anything!!! I planned on having a photo for everyday, but here is one I took the other day of my baby for her 6 months pictures. I will try and get back on track tomorrow! :)

365-Day 4

Today is a special day. My husband is going to the board for his promotion to E-6 in the US Army. As a dedication of sorts to him, here is what I think the perfect accessories to his ACU's are........A red baseball hat and combat boots.....sure is better than that dang beret! (If I offend you have to excuse me...he is prior service Marine and this uniform holds nothing to cammies and dress blues. :) )

365-Day 3

It is a girls day in for us today. Laundry, cleaning, and sweeping some wonderful hardwood floors.....so much fun right??? NOT!!!

Well, it is day 3 of my 365 day challenge and I chose a few photos of my 6 month old baby girl's first time in the swimming pool. They grow up way too fast, and being the youngest of our 4, she is our last. :/ Where does the time go?
